For every microthermal zone the laser targets and treats intensively, it leaves the surrounding tissue unaffected and intact. How does it work? The Palomar StarLux 1540 handpiece delivers light in an array or narrow, focused microbeams to create columns of coagulation within the skin. These columns initiate a natural healing process that forms new, healthy tissue. This results in improved skin appearance.
